F*ck and chuck. Pump and dump. Hit it and quit it. One night stand. Didn’t matter how I branded it—that’s all she had wanted it to be. That much was clear when she left me with my pants down and my dick still out.

What she hadn’t counted on was fate intervening and our worlds colliding—again.

The day I showed back up in the life of Chloe Griffins, I knew I had to have her again. My body was hungry for another taste. Like an addict, I’d been craving another hit for months, and there she was—flesh and bone, tits and ass.

The fact that she worked for the competition should’ve been reason enough for me to leave her alone. I had a job to do that summer and f*cking Chloe wasn’t part of it. But I was like a man possessed.

I’d do whatever it took to have her again.

My Thoughts:

Indiscretion Volume One is the first installment in a 4 volume serial series by Elizabeth Grace.  It is the story of Chloe Griffins and Max Richfield.  They are both very career-driven, ambitious, and intelligent adults.  However, neither have been on a date or had casual sex in quite awhile.  One night when Chloe is attending her best friend's bachelorette party at an exclusive, high-end New York Club, she notices Max across the way.  He is absolutely gorgeous in every way and he notices her too.  As she's having a great time with her friends, she ends up getting intoxicated.  When she runs in to Max later on in the evening, they end up having the hottest sex of both of their lives!  However, before Max can get Chloe's number, she leaves him, while he is waiting for her to return from the restroom.

Fast-forward two months later, and Chloe and Max still haven't stopped thinking about each other.  They unexpectedly run into one another when Max leaves his home in New York City for Bar Harbor, Maine, where Chloe resides.  He is just there for the summer on business with Richfield Developments, his father's company, and Chloe works for his competition. While at first Chloe is adamant about not indulging in any type of relationship or fling with Max, eventually, she can no longer hold back from the sizzling chemistry they share.  So they both agree to have a no strings attached summer fling, but will everything go according to plan?

Indiscretion Volume One was an entertaining and fast-paced beginning to this serial series!  My curiosity is piqued, and the way volume one ended has me excited and ready to dig in to volume two.  Chloe's character frustrated me a bit.  She was so stubborn and resistant about giving Max a chance, when he was handsome, charming, and sexy as can be.  It bothered me how she kept bringing up the fact that he is from a wealthy family.  However, what I love about Max is that he is down to earth, and doesn't throw his money in people's faces.  He may come from affluence, but he is a hardworking and dedicated man, who has his own burdens to bear.  He doesn't like the shallow and fake lives that many people in his socio-economic class lead.  Both Chloe and Max don't want a serious relationship. Yet, it's obvious to me that their fling is going to become so much more.  I enjoyed learning about both of these characters as individuals, but what I look forward to the most is watching them interact as a couple.

I give, Indiscretion, Volume One, by Elisabeth Grace 3.5 Sizzling Chemistry Filled Stars!!!  I'm looking forward to getting in to the meat of the story, and seeing where Chloe and Max's relationship leads!!!
