Summary

Livy notices him the moment he walks into the coffee shop. He's heart-stoppingly stunning, with a blue-eyed gaze so piercing she's almost too distracted to take his order. When he walks out the door, she thinks she'll never see him again. Then she finds the note he left on his napkin . . . signed M.

All he wants is one night to worship her. No feelings, no commitment, nothing but pleasure. Every defense mechanism Livy has adopted during her solitary life is at risk of being obliterated by this confounding man. He's obnoxious but well-mannered. He's a gentleman but aloof. He's passionate but emotionless. Yet the fascination is so powerful, Livy can't deny him... or herself.

M awakens something in Livy, something deep and addictive that she never knew existed -- and that she fears only he can satisfy. But she senses that behind the fast cars, fancy suits, and posh apartment, he's aching inside. To have him, body and soul, she'll have to brave his dark secrets. Delving into his world and breaking down his defenses become her obsession - an obsession that could shatter her heart beyond repair..

One Heart One Man Two Personas

I can’t take it I just can’t take it! My heart is in my stomach. It literally dropped, as in flat out… hitting the bottom of my body. The ending was crippling, like chewed you up spit you out heart shattering. Unfortunately I have not had the pleasure of reading Ms. Malpas’ other books and I am totally regretting it. Talk about talent, I was unable to put this one down. By the end I was completely knocked on my face.

To say that I will be following this series closely would be a crude understatement. I will be pacing and pacing and losing sleep until I get my hands on the next.

#NerdGirlProblems
Get ready for a heady dose of sexy, drama, and shocking revelations.

O-bligation, William has always taken special care regardless of pleading sapphire eyes he is a fair business man that will not allow his rules to be broken.
N-umbing, Livy has dealt with so much pain never understanding the why. Afraid to become the thing she despises most Livy stops living and hides away a part of herself.
E-ntertain, being asked out is a bit of a regular occurrence in Livy’s life she has not been fazed until her world is shaken by steely blue eyes.

N-ightmare, having the face of an angel but the personality of an ogre leaves Livy shaken and completely miffed at the situation.
I-ntrigue, M has never seen something quite so perfect as Livy. He doesn’t want to tarnish her but he cannot stay away, vowing to make her feel things she never has before M will make it his mission to get her where he wants her.
G-ames, Livy cannot and will not fall into the darkness of her past if that means ignoring a very attractive man that makes her feel alive then that’s what she will do.
H-elpless, the connection M and Livy share is too much finding herself in his web is going to crush her but at least she will have the sweetest memories to calm the despair.
T-ruths, avoiding the inevitable could only last for so long. M has allowed Livy to overcome his barriers, but the fact remains he doesn’t know how to do this.

P-ersistence, hurt after hurt Livy pushes away from M but he knows the passion they share is not something that can be so readily discarded.
R-omance, Livy finds herself running into M at every turn. Sharing a part of her past only to be dismissed has broken away a part of Livy’s heart. She must try harder to stay away from falling deeper under his spell.
O-pportunity, finding Livy in a difficult situation was hard for M knowing he must protect her he quickly handles the situation and ensures her wellbeing.
M-elting, through time spent together and secrets shared M and Livy decide to give into feelings much stronger than their previous arrangement allotted.
I-ntrusive, still knowing so little about the man Livy has given her heart to she is about to do something that she can never change. The truth that is unleashed will become another great nightmare in her already fragile life.
S-ecrets, not knowing how to react all Livy can do is run but stewing in the pain will force her hand to do something completely unimaginable.
E-scape, bating M was a bad idea Livy was fully aware of this but what happens isn’t something she could have ever prepared herself for. The pain, agony, and desperation is unlike anything imaginable. Torn to shreds she must remove herself from the situation.
D-arkness, the vileness Livy has just experienced is only part of her agony, in a complete spectacle she will come face to face with her past.

Oh yea its seriously that bad!

Talk about a whirlwind yall seriously. Livy and M’s attraction is instant but I enjoyed watching them tear down each other’s walls. These two have had to fight to be together, the most painful part of it is that they’ve had to fight each other. Once all the cards are on the table the revelations will blow you out of the water. The shock was epically out of left field I did not see that coming. If you couldn’t tell there is a major cliffhanger ending that will stop your heart. Am I mad not.at.all. Yes the ending was hard but the book was soo worth it. I wouldn’t have it any other way, now all there is to do is sit patiently until the next.

My Wish
William…That’s all I can reveal at the moment.
