Gr’s Summary
Two months after dying, seventeen-year-old witch Graylee Perez wakes up in her twin sister Charlene’s body.

Until Gray finds a way back inside her own body, she’s stuck being Charlene every twenty-hour hours. Her sister has left precise instructions on how Gray should dress and behave. Looking like a prep isn’t half as bad as hanging out with Charlene’s snotty friends and gropey boyfriend.

The “normals” of McKinley High might be quick to write her behavior off as post-traumatic stress, but warlock Raj McKenna is the only person who suspects Gray has returned from the dead.

Now Gray has to solve the mystery of her death and resurrection and disentangle herself from Charlene’s body before she disappears for good.

***Entangled is a young adult paranormal fantasy romance suitable for ages 15 and up.**

The Way I See It

Hey y’all!  Okay let me start of by saying... This.Cover.Is.Beautiful.  It’s Enchanting!  Truly!  I was drawn to it right away, and boy was I right!  It called to me, and I’m glad it did because, I really enjoyed this book!  Ms. Jefford has a way of pulling you into the story, and holding fast at every turn.  I felt as though I was walking down the halls of Graylee’s High School, alongside her.  I didn’t know what to expect, because I haven’t had much experience reading about witches.  I must say I was thoroughly entertained. There were certain parts of this book that had me laughing out loud! Other parts had me cringing along with Gray, and wanting to strangle her Bee-yotch of a sister!  I could not put this book down, and I felt hungry for more with each turn of the page!  I enjoyed devouring this book and every moment of it!  I really felt for all of the characters.  There are certain betrayals that can never be forgiven or forgotten, Entangled shows us that.  I found this story was one of loss, betrayal, discovery, love, acceptance, renewal, and second chances.  I am looking forward to continuing this series...I can’t wait to see what Lee and Raj have in their future.

My Fav’s

Graylee

She is the good twin...Kind, honest, and real.  She is a powerful witch, who has to fight daily against a spell she doesn’t even know exists.  Gray teaches herself some powerful magic, that not many witches can perform.  Without warning, she falls for the gorgeous “bad boy,” that is surrounded by mystery.  Her antics, sense of humor, and determination easily put her on my fav’s list.

Raj
Tall, dark, mysterious, and handsome outcast. He is under a spell.  One that no one cast, but Gray...  From the moment he saw her. He doesn’t verbally express his feelings about Gray, but his love for her resonates throughout the pages.  He is willing to do anything for her.  From the very beginning, I enjoyed watching them blossom together...I am looking forward to seeing their love fully bloom.

My Rating

4.0 Moon stone, Valentine's Day, Healer, Faulty breaks, Poison, Invisibility, Second-Chance filled stars!!! For those looking to escape in a fun highly entertaining read, get this book NOW!!

  1. Oh I have this book but I still haven't gotten to it yet! Is Raj Indian? That's be cool because you don't get to see a lot of Indian protagonists and of course I'm biased cause I'm one ;) great review Ria!
