Goodreads Summary:

Mackenzie “Max” Miller has a problem. Her parents have arrived in town for a surprise visit, and if they see her dyed hair, tattoos, and piercings, they just might disown her. Even worse, they’re expecting to meet a nice, wholesome boyfriend, not a guy named Mace who has a neck tattoo and plays in a band. All her lies are about to come crashing down around her, but then she meets Cade.

Cade moved to Philadelphia to act and to leave his problems behind in Texas. So far though, he’s kept the problems and had very little opportunity to take the stage. When Max approaches him in a coffee shop with a crazy request to pretend to be her boyfriend, he agrees to play the part. But when Cade plays the role a little too well, they’re forced to keep the ruse going. And the more they fake the relationship, the more real it begins to feel.

What Made Me Swoon:

"His kiss was angry and punishing, and I felt it all the way in the marrow of my bones.  I'm angry that you keep pushing me away when I know you don't want me to.  He crushed our lips together again, bruising and beautiful.  I'm angry that you left me after the best sex of my life.  He turned and pressed me against the door, just like he did that night.  I whimpered in response.  More than anything, I'm angry that I had to wait so long to kiss you again.  Then he poured his anger into me, our tongues battling for dominance.  I was so in shock that I didn't know whether to push him away or pull him closer, not that he gave me much of a choice.  His hands found my wrists, and he pressed them into the door above my head.  He wrung every last ounce of fear out of me until I was weak and panting and absolutely out of my mind with desire."

What did you Swoon over this week?

  5. Holy Swoon!!!!! Wowwwww! Ok, I need to go one-click this one ;)

    Awesome swoon Lindy!

For me this week, I swooned over not 1 but 2 Panty melting gorgeous Book Boyfriends material candidates.

This week, Ashton from One Tiny Lie by K.A Tucker and Shane from Scars & Songs by Christine Zolendz stole my heart, my breath and made me take out the fan!

Ashton ... The famous Jell-O thief ... The Naked Giant .. and I can go on and on about him ... K.A Tucker sure knows how to write drool worthy characters.

“Because you're not a one-night girl, Irish.' Leaning in to place a kiss on my jawline, he whispers, 'You're my forever girl.”

    “1. I’m brilliant
    2. I’m charming
    3. I’m hung like a thoroughbred
    4. I’ve stopped all philandering
    5. I’m highly skilled, as you’ve learned the other night.

P.S. Stop staring at my hands. I know what you want me to with them.”

Shane ... The angel/rock star God! Yummy!!!!!! Shane was my first book boyfriend and it's kind of hard to forget him.

“It took all my restraint not to fall to my knees in front of her and beg her to love me.”

“I've been broken and she's my missing pieces, all of them. My heart wants what it wants. She is the other half of my soul. I will never feel whole until she's mine.”

“I also want to kiss you until you're a puddle of sexy sauce on the floor, and then I want to lick you up, slowly”

    Waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!!!!

Both books made it to my top favorite and so did these INCREDIBLY SEXY MEN :)
