GR's Summary:

A betrayal he couldn't forget...

For Nate Dean, love is a four-letter word. As part of a secret black-ops military unit, he and his brothers were genetically engineered by the government to be ruthless soldiers with an expiration date. They were loyal only to one another . . . until Nate laid eyes on the woman who stole his heart and blew his world apart. Now, years later, his family is still paying the price for his mistake. But as time runs out, there's only one person who can save his family: the very woman Nate swore he'd never trust again.

A love she couldn't deny . . .

The moment Audrey Madison spies Nate across a crowded ballroom, she can barely breathe. He's just as undeniably sexy as she remembers, yet there's an edge to him now that's as irresistible as it is dangerous. When he asks for her help, Audrey can't refuse. But she has secrets of her own-secrets that, if Nate ever discovers them, may cost them both their lives . . .

My Thoughts:

I am officially hooked on the Sin Brothers Series!  I can't put these books down, and the suspense of the overall plot line just keeps building and building!  In my opinion, the Sin Brothers Series is top notch when it comes to romantic suspense!  It has all of the elements that I look for in an excellent story; well rounded characters, beautifully developed relationships, fascinating plot twists, some of the steamiest love scenes, and tender romantic entanglements!

In Blind Faith, we get a chance to know Nathan "Nate" Dean, the second oldest of the brothers.  He comes across a video journal by the malevolent Dr. Madison that says Nate  impregnated her daughter, Audrey five years ago.  Audrey was Nate's first and only love.  She broke his heart when she broke off the relationship with him, and he never thought that he'd see her again.  However, with the possibility that Nate might have a child, he decides to travel to Washington D.C, where Audrey currently resides, so that he can uncover the truth.

Audrey is working closely with a powerful senator to take down the commander and the corrupt business that he is running.  As she works closely to double cross the commander, she is surprised when Nate shows up at her apartment.  She pleads with him to leave, because it is too dangerous for him to be around her.  The commander has men tailing her.  Audrey never stopped loving Nate and left him, in order to protect him.  When Nate confides in Audrey about the kill chips, she decides that she wants to help him get the codes.

Imminent Danger lurks all around Nate and Audrey.  Not only is the commander and his soldiers after them, but peers in Audrey's immediate professional circle begin turning up dead, and the killer is trying to frame her.  Will Nate and Audrey be able to rekindle their romance, and if so, how long will they live to see another day?

My Rating:

Blind Faith was an excellent read!!!  I loved both Nate and Audrey!  It was such a thrill getting to read more about Matt, Shane, Lainey and Josie as well.  The loyalty and sense of family in their group is heartwarming.  "Never Alone," is the Dean Brothers motto, and adds another wonderful dimension to an already fabulous series.  Ms. Zanetti gave us plenty of passionate love scenes, crazy plot twists, and an action packed addictive plot line!  I give, Blind Faith, by Rebecca Zanetti, 4.5 Tempting and Teasing Passion Filled, Spine Tingling, and Red Hot Addictive Stars!

My Favorite Quote:

"He was an experiment created in a test tube, maybe without a soul, perhaps without any hope.  But for a brief time, with this woman, he'd felt whole.  Real.  Good.  Even if they just had the night, he wanted that feeling again." (eARC, Loc. 1192)

~Nate

About Rebecca Zanetti:

Rebecca Zanetti wrote her first story when she was six – a romance between a princess and neighboring prince. The princess fell out of her castle and the prince rescued her. A happily ever after was had by all.

This theme of romance has been carried through Rebecca’s works until present time. While today’s heroine may have a medical degree, black belt in Karate and her own 401K, she’s still after that happy ending. And today’s prince may have fangs and wear a black hat, but hey, a modern princess likes a guy who bites.

Rebecca attended Pepperdine University, earning a bachelor’s degree in Journalism with a Political Science emphasis. While there she worked as the Editor-in-Chief of The Graphic newspaper, a member of the Pi Phi Sorority and an intern for President Reagan, who still gave 3-5 speeches a week, even though he was no longer president.

After college, Rebecca worked as an art curator and a Senate aide before heading to law school, where she received her Juris Doctorate from the University of Idaho. She married Tony Zanetti in the middle of her second year of law school and became pregnant with their first child during the third year. She graduated law school, gave birth three weeks later, and took the Bar Exam three weeks after that. All she remembers about the bar exam is that it was so quiet in the testing room, she thought about taking a quick nap. But she continued on, passed the bar and became a lawyer. She worked for a large firm, then a small firm, then the county while also teaching legal classes at her local community college. Now she writes romances about vampires, cowboys, and soldiers.

Growing up amid the glorious backdrops and winter wonderlands of the Pacific Northwest has given Rebecca fantastic scenery and adventures to weave into her stories. She resides there with her husband, children and extended family who inspire her every day. Rebecca has completed several manuscripts, winning award throughout the writing industry for her work. She is currently writes the Dark Protector series for Kensington Publishing, the Maverick Montana series for Entangled Publishing, and the Sin Brothers series for Grand Central Publishing.
