Eva Bennett might be known for her candid approach and sharp tongue, but on the inside she’s still a vulnerable twenty-four year old who’s sick of kissing toads and being habitually single.

Full of comical one-liners and wielding a charming smile, Sawyer Keeton is more than meets the eye. After the news of his brother’s tragic death, however, Sawyer is pulled into a place filled with crippling emotions and pain—a place no one can seem to reach him…until the moment Eva steps into his life.

My Take on this Journey

Forget You, by Jennifer Snyder, is the 4th novel in the Coldcreek Companion Series.  Once again, Ms. Snyder weaves her magic, as she pulls on her readers heart strings.  In this 4th segment, Forget You, we get the story of Eva Bennett, a twenty-four year old, head strong, opinionated, quick witted, sarcastic girl.  She cuts through all the crap, knows all the lines before the ladies men can lay them on her, but still yearns to find the right man.  She is the only girl who seems to be single and doesn't want to go stag to anymore parties.

Sawyer Keeton, is one of the cousins of the ever arrogant, Wes, who loves them and leaves them.  Sawyer has been living in hell, since the death of his beloved brother, Ryder. He doesn't connect with anyone, but still goes to the Frat party his cousin invites him to, where he meets the fiery, Eva.

There is a definite attraction between the two of them, though Eva fights it every step of the way.  That is, to Sawyer's face. Though behind the scenes, she is thinking about how easy it would be for Sawyer to melt her panties off.  The second that Eva realizes that Wes, the player, is his cousin, all bets are off. Sawyer needs to win her over.  What starts out as a juvenile date between them, turns into an ever mounting connection that neither will ever forget.

These two characters are made for each other.  The sex appeal that draws them together is undeniable.  The sarcasm oozes from every pore, like the sun melts chocolate.  Each memorizes every little nuance that the other possesses.  Forget You, will envelope you from the first page to the last.  The characters are unforgettable.  I couldn't put this book down.  It shouldn't surprise me, cause no one can write, draw you in to each circumstance, makes the hairs on your arms stand straight up, and make your heart ache like Ms. Snyder can.

My Rating

Forget You, Earns 5  Devastatingly Haunting, Realistic, Sexy, Fiery, Fate Filled Stars!!!
