Amazon Summary:

Book 2 in the Peachville High Demons series.

Becoming a Demons cheerleader was the last thing Harper Madison expected when she moved to the small town of Peachville. Now that she's an official member of the squad, her training can begin. Only, this is no normal group of cheerleaders. The training opens up a new world for Harper. It's a world of beauty and magic beyond her wildest dreams, but also a world of pressure and impossible expectations.

A world where every secret hides an even darker secret.

The way I see it

In the second book we find out a lot more about Harper and Jackson. It seems Harper has everything she’s ever wanted but something is missing, she doesn’t know what... or who? This is when we start to see Harper's rebelliousness.  She is a strong character and we really start to see her development. We learn so much more about Jackson as well and we find out about their history as a town and Harpers past, along with what Peachville wants for her future. This was a great read, all the while I was reading I felt like I was getting to know Harper and I sided with her every step of the way. You know when you watch “that” movie and your like “Don’t go in there! Why did she go in there?!” Lol, yeah I didn’t get that feeling with Harper.

My Fav's

Mrs. King

She seems to be genuine when it comes to Harper, my girl. I like her warm personality and the fact that she’s a super Bad A** healer!  She’s a great teacher and if she were real she would be someone I would want to meet.

Morgyn
At first Morgyn was my least liked character... She quickly turned it around for me. With her “Take No S**t” attitude, she knew what was important to her and would risk everything to keep it safe. In the end I really really felt for her, which is why she made my Fav’s list.

My Rating
