Desperate to keep him...

I've finally gotten everything I ever wanted: love, freedom, happiness, and, most importantly, Finn. Our love is everything I expected it to be and more. We've finally found each other, but the world seems determined to tear us apart. We thought my father was the only obstacle between us, but now it's the military. With Finn’s departure looming, we’re squeezing in every moment together before we run out of time.

Trying to make every moment count…

Being Carrie’s bodyguard was one thing. Being her boyfriend is another. Every day she’s mine is a day the sun shines in my life. Yet our time together is running out. Her father will never think a tattooed Marine will be good enough, so I’ll do whatever it takes to be worthy of her love. But the road will take me away from the girl who makes me feel alive--the girl I can't live without.

Time only gets us so far...

My Review:

OMG!!! Noooooo!

I need Out Of Mind now!!!!!!!!!

Out of Time by Jen McLaughlin was AMAZING!!!! The sequel to Out Of Line does not disappoint! I loved every single moment of it! From the first page to the last, I fell even more in love with Carrie and Finn. Fantastic characters, sexy chemistry, exciting storyline, dual POV, and phenomenal writing makes this book a must have on any TBR list!

This is the second book in the Out Of Line series. You absolutely need to read Out Of Line before you read this one. You really need to fall in love with Carrie and Finn from the very beginning. These two completely stole my heart in OOL and continued to make me fall in OOT. Carrie and Finn grow so much in this book. It felt like I was reading about a different couple. I loved the changes that they made, the decisions that they took and most of all, I loved the way they fight for their love. They encounter many more obstacles in this book, Carrie's family and Finn's career just to name a few, but their love is so strong that nothing will stop them from finding their HEA. This love story is captivating, beautiful and emotional!

Carrie and Finn are awesome characters! They pull you in from the very start and they never let you go. They feel REAL to me. The love that they have for each other is just beautiful. They complete each other to perfection! Carrie has changed so much! She became this strong, independent, passionate woman. She stands behind the decisions she makes, and she does not backdown. Finn is top-notch book boyfriend material! His love for Carrie is breathtaking! Wow! Major ... Major .... Swoon Alert!!! This dirty talker has no trouble making you reach for you fan ... Eeeeep! He has such a good heart and he is extremely romantic. No wonder Carrie fell for him. He's so adorkable!!! LOL! :)

I hate cliffhangers! I have to be honest here ... I used to not read a book because it had one. Every time I read a review about a book with a cliffhanger, I bought it, and saved it until the series was complete, then I would read it. Well, I changed! I don't have that problem anymore.  I feel that I get a completely different experience while reading the sequel to a book I have been waiting months, days, hours for. When I see the word LIVE on my news feed, what an adrenaline rush!

My Rating:

I give Out Of Time by Jen McLaughlin, 5 romantic, passionate, exciting, sexy stars! April can't come soon enough!!! I need more Carrie and Finn <3
