SYNOPSIS:

In life, we are given choices. Most choices are out in the open for anyone to see. And then there are a few we have to hold onto in the privacy of our minds.

I am a nurse, a protector, and I am far from perfect.

After my best friend Ian was nearly killed in a car accident, I wanted nothing more than to help him in any way I could. Decisions had to be made with no time to think of the consequences. Then, his twin brother Lucas flew in to help.

He's a Marine, a defender, and he's yearning for acceptance.

I needed a light to help me find my way, and an anchor to keep me steady when life's current pulled me in too deep.

I've learned the hard way that secrecy is destructive, and sometimes you have to let people go in order to move forward... no matter how great the love.

Come, walk with me, and I'll tell you a story.

Why I Can't Wait:

Eeeeep! This sounds like an emotional story. The cover is beautiful, the blurb is already making my heart beat fast and I really can't wait to meet Mr. Lucas <3 I'm already preparing my tissue box, looks like I'm going to be needing it! Moving forward is a hard thing to do, especially when you are so attached to what you love. I love the title for the series ... Beauty in Imperfection.
