The Inexplicable Things are What Make Life so Thrilling

Okay last we left off the situation was dire. Nicole figured out what she wanted where she came from and what she was supposed to do. That sounds pretty good right? WRONG just as she had everything figured out BOOM. Everything changed. Castillo does a marvelous job with these novellas she gets you hooked and craving for more. I absolutely recommend these for a fun way to spend the afternoon zipping through the twists and falling in love with Nicole and our guy.

The Story, as I mentioned before the previous installment leaves us reeling! It was one of those “oh no what the heck is going to happen next” kind of moments. Well Nicole has all of the answers she was looking for, almost. No worries everything else starts clicking into place. Left with some difficult choices the only thing Nicole can do is follow her heart. Even if leads to it being smashed to smithereens!

The Characters, Nicole stops doubting so much and I really enjoyed the progress she made. The only thing that is a bummer about novellas is they are so short that the secondary characters aren’t really developed. I would have really liked to have met Nicole’s terrible parents or maybe not lol. The author knows best and such! I was happy with the way she became assertive and went after her guy the emotions jumped off the pages. Our guy! Gah! My heart broke for him the situation was crazy and It’s a wonder he didn’t go crazy himself!

The End, lovely, lovely, lovely we get our hea and all is well. I can’t give anything away because I don’t like spoilers but everyone and everything is tied together. The explanation was wonderful and I really enjoyed the metaphors explaining what Nicole and our guy truly have. Now begs the question what next?.. I want more! Lol regardless of what you pick up by Castillo know it will be fab!! This is a wonderful little series that will push and pull you to and past the brink of despair. In the most loveliest of ways.

5.0 you’d better believe it! I combined all of my feels and they are screaming at me! This was such a fun exhilarating read I’m adding it to my favorites!!!

Awwww!!! 

It’s always a bittersweet moment when I read the final book of a series. I get a little pinch in the heart when I know that I have to let go of that wonderful world that the author created so well. L.G. Castillo once again wrote a memorable story with amazing characters that will make you want to embark on a fantastic reading journey. 

When Your Gravity-Part Two ended, I was left on the edge of my seat to find out what was going to happen next. If you have not read the previous installments yet, I highly recommend that you run to your favorite ebook retailer to purchase them. They are fantastic! 

***Spoilers ahead*** 

Nicole is back to the future. She wants nothing to do with 2002. She wants to go back to 1984 and live her life next to Jax. He’s everything to her and she won’t stop until she is reunited with the boy that stole her heart. Professor Cooper keeps on pushing her away, but Nicole is determined to make him see that they belong together. Will she succeed ? Through good times and in bad, she will always be a part of his life. 

This was an amazing conclusion to a wonderful story. When I started reading the first part a couple of weeks ago, I had no clue what to expect. When I reached the end of the first book, I was left speechless. I did not expect that cliffhanger !!! It was a twist I never saw coming and from that moment on, this serial has been keeping me on the edge of my seat. 

What I love about this serial is that I did not have to wait months to read the rest of the story. L.G. Castillo did a phenomenal job with this story and I highly recommend it. Nicole and Jax will steal your heart and you will be cheering for their HEA.

Love is Our Greatest Gift but it is by Far the Scariest of All

Warning…This book contains a cliffhanger. There now you can’t say I didn’t tell you so! Get ready for another whirlwind of emotions! Gah! This series is too much! Too much of a delight not to read! Seriously PICK THESE UP STAT! Lol the brownies and mushrooms aren’t the only thing laced with addictive enticements! Castillo knows the way to the readers emotions and has them panting for more. Seriously after reading this I thought wow…I think there may be some sort of drug in those words because I’M ADDICTED! and I know YOU will be TOO! GAHH!! Non stop from one jaw dropping moment get ready to get lost and carried away to a different time but a beautiful beginning where love is untarnished and two opposite yet similar lives collide like gravity. 


The Story, I think its safe to say Nicole has no clue what the heck is going on all she knows is she is pulled to a boy who steals her heart. Having never known love or a happiness as deep as the one Nicole feels now there isn’t anything she wouldn’t do to fight for those she cares most about. Jax didn’t think or care to meet anyone but Nicole is different together its like they can move the cosmos something like that is worth preserving and treasuring forever. Their love is delicate but immovable. the lives they touch are forever linked. There are so many questions and so many blanks I cannot wait to see how everything is tied together. In this installment we get to see Nicole come into her own and battle some of her own demons. I enjoyed her pursuit of finding home and seeing that aha moment when she realized what exactly home meant.

The Characters…yikes bikes Nicole as I mentioned has a lot of self doubt. In part 2 of your gravity she really has to come face to face with those demons. Knowing Jax and the way energy itself comes to life around him will help Nicole immensely. Their love and chemistry is off of the charts…completely on another level. The reader can seriously feel the emotions pouring off the pages. Bravo Castillo I’m hooked and can’t wait to see where this wonderful story goes.

The End…as I mentioned before this cliffhanger is wicked. Im still reeling from it and I don’t see these feelings subsiding any time soon! Get ready for a shocker!! DO NOT let that stop you from picking these up. Seriously highly addictive and worth ever penny and word! This is a read thats sure to linger long after the book has closed. I can’t wait to find out if Nicole gets her happy ending and how everything is connected!! Eeeeeep!

WoW !!!! 

I had high expectations for Your Gravity-Part two by L.G. Castillo. Your Gravity-Part One was a great intro to Nicole and Professor Cooper’s story, but in this second part I got most of the answers to my questions. L.G. Castillo wrote an extremely intriguing second part and I finished reading it in a flash! 

If you have not read Your Gravity-Part one, the rest of my review will contain some spoilers. If you have read the blurb of this second part, you can guess how the first book ended. That was the ‘’Boom’’ effect for me so I highly recommend that you read the first part. Nicole wakes up in a different decade in this book. In 1984 to be more specific. She is lost and confused and she has to pinch herself multiple times to make sure she is indeed in 1984 and not in 2002. When she meets Jax Reynolds, her world is once again turned upside down. Since meeting him, her nightmares have stopped and she finally feels like she belongs somewhere. As days go by, their connection grows and sparks fly. Nicole is torn between wanting to go back to the future and staying in the past. Will she make the right decision? 

This second part was an exciting reading journey! I got to know Nicole’s character much more and I fell in love with Jax and his little sister. L.G. Castillo always creates lovable characters that you cheer for from beginning to end! Nicole and Jax’s chemistry gave me butterflies This was a sweet love story with emotional moments. Both these characters have hard decisions to make and it broke my heart to live does difficult moments with them. I don’t want to give any more details about this book because you NEED to read it! Another cliffhanger rocked my world!!! I can't wait to see what happens next!

The alcohol was definitely making me stupid, because if I were smart, I wouldn’t latch on to my professor, my incredibly sexy and hot professor, the way I was doing now, pressing my body against his, urging him to dance. 
I couldn’t help myself. My hips moved with his. Pressing harder into his body the way I did with Travis. Only this time when his hands moved over my waist holding me to him, my body lit on fire.

Someone Knows More Than They're Letting On

Gah! Expect the unexpected. When you read this know that a cosmic event is coming your way and it is going to knock your socks off. Castillo has taken an ordinary romance and made it extraordinary. Not only does the main character go through a gambit of ups and downs the reader does too. This read was so much more than just a read get ready for a mind explosion. When I finished this I felt like I had gone down the most delicious of rabbit holes and I never want to come back out. I’m actually going to be sitting in this rabbit hole until the next book release! I cannot express how much of an awesome read this was. 

The Story, I don’t want to give away to much but know this. Nicole is tired of being under her parents thumb so she moves to her aunts house to attend Texas State best friend and all. There are a few things that are off for Nicole but once she meets Jackson Cooper her axis tilts and things get very interesting. By the time the reader gets to the end your brain is so deliriously worked that it is WHAT WHAT?!!! Now what…such book withdrawals thats what. 

The Characters, Nicole is our main girl and the story is in her POV. She isn’t sure of herself or what she wants. Tired of not living up to her parents expectations she accepts that she never will and moves on with her life. She is a wonderful character and I hope to see a lot of growth from her there are so many things she could do and be. I want her to take a stand and focus because although she does those things she needs to come to know that those are the things that make her strong. She has a lot of self doubt and I can’t wait to see her overcome that. Mr. Cooper is a grade A jack wagon. This guy is all bark and bite he is such a mystery I will leave it at that. I could speculate all day and I will in my brain lol but ill leave my mad woman ramblings for later. 

The End, GAHHHHHH So be warned this has a cliffhanger ending but its not life or death. Everyone is warned by the author so expect it deal with it and it will embrace you like the quick tight hug of the promise of more to come. I will be dying a little more each day until the next is in my hands. As I said before I don’t know what is going on and I cannot wait to find out more! Eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!

I'm a new fan of serials. I have to admit that in the beginning I did not want to try them at all! I always waited that all the installments were available to read the story. I have read a few serials in the last couple of months. My changed my mind about them. I love getting that rush of waiting for my questions to be answered and for the story to take an unexpected turn. Your Gravity-Part One, by L.G. Castillo, is one serial that has left me on the edge of my seat!

It's a new beginning for Nicole Ashford. She is determined to leave her past behind and take a step toward her dreams. Starting a new journey is never easy, but with her BFF, Greg, by her side everything seems possible. Her first day of college is nothing like she expected. Her first encounter with Professor Cooper has left her breathless. The chemistry that develops between them is undeniable and Nicole tries to stay away, but there is something so familiar and comforting about Professor Cooper. As days go by, Nicole is getting mixed signals from Professor Cooper. Will she risk it all to be with him?

I really enjoyed Nicole and Professor Cooper's story. I really feel like I have so much to discover about them still. There is a mystery revolving around them that was driving me crazy!!! I was trying to figure out what the author had planned, but I was left speechless with the cliffhanger that she delivered at the end of this first installments. OMG!!! I want some answers NOW!!!!!!

The chemistry between the main character was great and I really liked the supporting cast as well. This author always delivers likeable characters that make you get lost in the story. Like I mentioned before, I still have a lot of things to find out about Nicole and Professor Cooper. I was intrigued by the mysterious flashbacks that Nicole was getting and by Professor Cooper's reaction when he was around her. There are some things that left me confused more than once, but I know that I will get my answers in the next book. I cannot freakin' wait!!!!! The cliffhanger at the end is driving me nuts!!!!

Falco oh Falco where for art thou my Falco

I simply cannot get enough of the Gaming Series!! This installment can absolutely be read as a stand alone but as always I recommend you read the whole series. That is always the best way to get all of the details and get to know all of the characters from the beginning. This is the story of Jordan and April, aka beast and Snow White. Aubrey has created another hit. This story captivates the reader from the first page until the last. The video fiasco was the perfect amount of scandal and drama to make this an incredibly enjoyable read. The chemistry and forbidden romance these two shared was off the charts as I said before I could not get enough.

F-orbidden, a fun night deciding to let all inhibitions go will lead to one of Aprils biggest mistakes. She wants to forget about what happened but the video is viral and theres no escaping now. 
O-pportunity, April is beyond excited about her new position as assistant but the fact that the video of her nightmares/ greatest fantasy is everywhere tarnishes that excitement she should be feeling.
R-egrets, Jordan has been working on this IPO for many years and now one night of forbidden sex is threatening everything. Working with April is proving to be one of the hardest things he has had to do yet. Something about her is so alluring staying away is easier said than done.


T-rust, a certain bond begins to form between April and Jordan but he has been pushing people away for a long time and is not ready to start letting anyone in any time soon. 
H-iatus, both April and Jordan have made promises to each other about their behavior but being together far away proves too tempting to deny themselves those desires. 
E-scalated, from the very first kiss these two were doomed. Soon the events of the night that have haunted April will come to light. Tired of being too nice she will take a page out of Jordan’s book and tell everyone exactly how she feels.


W-ithout, Jordan has sacrificed so much and now he feels as though he has lost April as well achieving all of his dreams feels shallow without her by his side. 
I-nquisition, after confronting April’s father things aren’t perfectly fine but okay for now. They both knew they would face plenty of ridicule but all they care about is being together. 
N-otorious, Jordan has always been widely known as a player and ruthless businessman. Somethings never change and somethings will surprise everyone.


Eeeeeeeeep! That ending!!! That book!!! Those two!!! HOT HOT HOT! Jordan is charismatic and knows his way around everything. April is innocent and a little naive but her personality is addictive she wormed her way into my heart. The best part of For the Win is the chemistry between these two. It is so intense but at the same time calm and innocent. From the moment these two met and every moment after the reader falls in love every page after. I cannot recommend this enough! There is nothing sexier than nerdy sexy gamers ;)

I knew I was going to love Jordan's book, but what I did not expect was the major book hangover that came after reading it!!! For the Win, is now my favorite book of the Gaming the System Series. I loved Mia and Adam's incredible love story, but April and Jordan totally stole my heart!!! Brennan Aubrey writes so much details in her stories that I feel like I'm living in the same world as her characters. I will be attending Comic-Con this year, and I am positive that April and Jordan's love story will pop-up in my mind when I least expect it!

What I loved the most about this book is how Brenna Aubrey wrote April and Jordan's journey. They are so different from Mia and Adam. This is very important to me. I don't want to read about similar characters, they all need to have their own personality. I really liked that April and Jordan helped each other out with their personal problems. Jordan tried to act like a tough boss, but April took no time at all to get under his skin and make him care. These two have an intense chemistry and I loved how they slowly fell for each other. Their steamy scenes are spicy and left me fanning myself more than once!

It was awesome to see Mia and Adam again. I loved the role that they had in this book. Mia is such a wonderful person!!! April did, and said, some things that could have made Mia very upset. But no! Mia gives April a chance and offers her the gift of friendship when she most needed it. No wonder Adam fell so hard for her! Don't even get me started on Adam!!! Gah!!! Love him to pieces!!! I really loved to see him as ''The Boss''. He really cares about his employees and his company. This book can be read as a standalone, but I highly recommend the entire Gaming the System Series!
