My three favorite things about
traveling to signings is...

3. I enjoy visiting new places. I'm still waiting for that signing in Maui or the Bahamas. ;)

2. I really like meeting the other authors as well. I've met a lot of my own favorites and got all fan girl on them too! Ain't no shame in my game! lol

1. Number one hands down is meeting the readers. I feel just as awestruck meeting people who I know have read all my books and have enjoyed them enough to come out and meet me. Just typing this I'm blushing but it really is a surreal feeling and it'll NEVER get old!

My 3 biggest dislikes about traveling to signings are...

3. I don't care much for the airport waits. =/ Going is not so bad. Since I'm always excited I can deal with airport lines delays etc. But coming home when the fun is all over and I'm tired and just want to be in my own bed already and I have to wait or am delayed, I really don't like!

2. This will sound odd but what I second biggest dislike about traveling for signings is that I can't possibly do them all. Yep. I really REALLY wish I could so I can meet as many of my readers as possible but it's simply not possible. Not only do I have a family back home who needs me home more often, I'd never get any writing done!

1. I NEVER get it right. No matter how much I try to plan it so that I have enough of each title. I always sell out of one title way before the others and its never the same as the last signing. I usually bring a bit more of the first in my series and my latest release because typically those are the ones that sell most. (You would think) but it's just not the case. Some signings I've sold out of Making You Mine way before Noah or Forever Mine while others I've sold out of Always Been Mine or Romero and sold VERY few of the last sell out. So as much as I try to be prepared and bring enough there is only so many I can lug with me. For Houston I'll bring more of Abel than the others but still try to bring enough of each title with me and I can guarantee you I still wont get it right! =/
