Blog Tour : Heavenly Hell (Heavenly Hell #1) by Aria Williams

Heavenly Hell

Release Date: 04/24/13
Source: Author

Summary:

You'd think being stuck in the body of a beautiful seventeen year old girl forever would be a gift. But when you are fallen, it is more like a curse.

Indiana was a beautiful angel, enjoying the perks of Heaven, until she was tricked by a demon to fall in love with him. She was forced to fall from Heaven and remain in her seventeen year old form, banished to Earth, for all of eternity.

Now, unable to cope with her banishment, she is a seemingly normal seventeen year old girl by day, while she spends her nights punishing men for the wrongs they have committed against women.

Although Indiana has lived on Earth for thousands of years, she recently settled into a small town, where she has finally been able to make some lasting friendships. When a handsome, mysterious boy comes to town, Indiana knows something is not right. He might end up her ally, or she might end up in the fight of her life.

My Review:

We all have our favorite genre that we root for, but when you mention a story about angels ... I'm HOOKED! It could be YA, NA, Adult, whenever I can get my hands on a story with these beautiful creatures, it makes my day! Heavenly Hell was a fast/fun read. I had a blast following Indiana and her friends. While I was reading it, I felt like I was watching an after school show. The writing style was easy to follow and I had enough details to imagine what it would be like to be a part of their world. This story did have a cliffhanger and I can't wait to see what the author has up her sleeves for the second installment in the series, Heavenly Hunted. Did you see that cover?? Hellooooo Hot Angel! The covers for this serie are BEAUTIFUL

Indiana was an awesome character! She's fun, friendly and she's a pretty strong heroine. She's a fallen angel who takes care of the troublemakers. She did not get on my nerves, which is a good thing. I hate it when I can't connect with the MC. I really have to like them to enjoy the story. I loved the way she made Nate go nuts ... LOL!!! She gets extra points from me because ... She's Team Damon! Wooohooo!!! I'm Team Damon too ;)

Nate is still a mystery to me. He's a Demon Hunter, who is sent to kill Indy and ends up falling for her instead. I'm really happy that we get to follow him and Indiana again in book 2. I really hope I can get a better idea of who he is. Even if he's still a mystery to me, I still loved his character.

Indiana and Nate have a good chemistry. I loved their love/hate relationship. The romance is slow building, but I love the way they get on each other's nerves! LOL!! I can't wait to read more about them and really hope that their romance will develop more in Heavenly Hunter.

My Rating:

I give Heavenly Hell by Aria Williams 4 fun and fantastic stars! I absolutely love books about angels. Aria Williams wrote a great story that kept me turning the pages and that left me wanting for more of Indy and the gang! :)
