Hosted by Breaking the Spine
Waiting On Wednesday (WOW) is a weekly event that spotlights upcoming releases that we're eagerly anticipating at A Bookish Escape.

After the Fall by L.G. Castillo

(Broken Angel #2

Publication date: September 15th 2013

Genres: New Adult, Paranormal, Romance

Synopsis:
There’s a Spanish proverb that says, “From the thorn and the pain, a flower is born.” Naomi Duran never really understood what that meant until she became an archangel.

Finally reunited with the love of her life, Naomi thought she had everlasting love and happiness in Heaven. Even with the rebellious Lash by her side, she learns that life as an archangel isn’t easy.

When secrets of the past are finally revealed, tempers flare, brother is pitted against brother, and Naomi and Lash face the greatest threat to their relationship: choosing among love, family, or duty.

In the end, can this family of broken angels forgive past mistakes, or will they carry the thorn in their hearts forever, ripping their family apart?

Why I Can't Wait:

I have been waiting for this book since May!!! Lash was such an amazing book. I got attached to all the characters, especially Welita :) Linda is an amazing author and I love her writing style. Did you see these covers?? They are so beautiful!!! It makes me want to read the book even more!

After the Fall is the sequel of Lash and the second installment of the Broken Angel Series. I love books with Angels <3 <3 <3 I have the ARC on my ereader and it's teasing me!! Every time I scroll over it, it screams at me ... Read Me! Read Me! Only a few more days to go before I can start it and reunite with Naomi, Lash, Welita, Chuy and all the Angels :) Don't forget to come back and check out Team Rimi's review on 09/16/2013
