Stacking the Shelves & Sunday Post (44)

These last two weeks my husband and I started a raw fruit and veggie cleanse. We did it last year for the month of September and are going to strive to do it for this entire month.  My daughter's been under the weather all of this week, so I haven't had much time to myself or much time for reading and blogging.

  1. I am sorry to hear your daughter is ill. I hope she is feeling better soon. Good luck with the cleanse!

I hope you enjoy your new books! The Sound of Stars caught my attention too. And Fake Date looks cute. I'll have to look for that one when it comes out.

I hope you have a great weekend, Lindy!

  2. Those cleanses can be a push to do, but so worth it when you feel your energy return afterward. Cheering you both on!
Hope your daughter is feeling better now. Easy to get a bug at the beginning of the school year.

    You read some good ones.

    Have a good week, Lindy!

  4. Sorry your daughter is still unwell. Poor thing. Wow! Good luck with the cleanse. I have never done such a thing as I have zero discipline.

  5. Raw fruits and veggie cleanse. I remember I went on juice cleanse. Very rewarding and I believe I had tons of energy and found myself eating salads at restaurants instead of my typical junk food. It's all encompassing.

    1. Yes, I feel a lot better about not eating the usual junk. I'm feeling pretty good, but it is a challenge not having my Starbucks or eating any fast-food.

  6. Wow a veggie and fruit cleanse. I had a cleanse this past week from prepping for a colonoscopy. I sadly have a cold this week too so I feel that. Looks like I've had some amazing books this week!
