Review:

I wanted to make sure that I finished my 8 weeks on this journey before I posted my review for this book. This is not a diet. This book is life changing and it helped me understand many things. I'm a foodie. I love to discover new foods and try new recipes. The author did a fantastic job at explaining the Wilder Way and it's very easy to follow. I also loved that she shared her story with us. She inspires me to do better and I am forever grateful to her that she wrote this book.

Jasinda Wilder gives us all the right tools to start this life changing journey. You need to plan each week with precision. Everything is well explained and before I started this journey I made sure that I had a fridge full of options. What I liked about this plan is that you start cutting food slowly. Small steps bring big rewards. No going cold turkey on anything. You don't crave the foods you are so addicted to once you start eating the Wilder Way. The book includes many delicious recipes that have become favorites in our home. Easy and delicious!

The other important thing to do while on this journey is to exercise. Start slowly and the rest will follow. I have daily walks and I feel better once my exercise is done. I walk with my family and that gives us time to make memories together. Life is so busy that sometimes the little things are the ones that bring you the biggest joy. The Wilder Way is an 8 week health plan and it is made this way to give you the time to adjust to the changes you will be making. I have lost a total of 10 pounds since I started and I'm happy with my results. Baby steps. I'm less tired, I sleep better and I have more energy. This is the way I want to live my life. I have 20 pounds to go and I am confident that The Wilder Way will bring me closer to my goal.
