My books all tend to be darker romance, edge of you seat, angst filled reads. My advice to my readers when starting one of my titles...prepare for the unexpected. 

I have always had a passion for storytelling, whether it be through lyrics or bed time stories with my sisters growing up.   

My mum would always have a book in her hand when I was young and passed on her love for reading, inspiring me to venture into writing my own. I tend to have a darker edge to my writing. Not all love stories are made from light; some are created in darkness but are just as powerful and worth telling.  

When I'm not lost in the world of characters I love spending time with my family. I'm a mum and that comes first in my life but when I do get down time I love attending music concerts or reading events with my younger sister.

Review:

The first book I read by K. Webster was a dark romance. I have been a fan of her work since the moment I read This Is War, Baby. She writes in many genres and every single one of her books is a unique reading escape for me. I have to admit that I do an extra little happy dance when she releases either a dark or mafia romance. Those are two of my favorite genres.

Rosa and Javier are smokin' hot together! Their chemistry is right off the bat intoxicating. Rosa has been working for Javier Estrada for a few years. She always knew how to blend in well in his world not to get noticed. Until she does. From the moment she catches Javier's attention, his ultimate goal is to own her heart and soul. His manzanita is a sweet temptation he can't resist. Javier's world is cruel and Rosa is putting herself at risk to give him what he wants so she can move forward with her revenge. 

I can't even deal with my feelings right now!! Vee and Diego from the War & Peace Series are my favorite couple from K. Webster and I have to admit that Rosa and Javier are close seconds. OMG!!! These two together are FIRE!!! I loved how fiercely Javier fell for Rosa and how Rosa took her destiny into her own hands. She got more than she bargained for when she entered Javier's world. She's a fierce and confident heroine that kept me cheering until the very end. Javier is twisted and fascinating all at once! I feel bad for the people that cross his path. He's lethal.

El Malo kept me at the edge of my seat from beginning to end! I was mesmerized by Rosa and Javier and could not wait to see how their story would unfold. What a learned with a K. Webster book is to always expect the unexpected. The twists and turns in her stories always leave me wanting more! I absolutely loved this book and I hope to see all these characters again. K. Webster never disappoints! If you have never read anything by this author, you're seriously missing out!
