My Thoughts:
All or Nothing is the third book in the Love by Design Series by Kendall Ryan. This is the first series that I have read by Ms. Ryan, and I really enjoy her super sexy, fun, and entertaining writing style! In Working It, and Craving Him, we got Ben and Emmy's story. Now, we get Ben's best friend Braydon, and Emmy's best friend, Ellie's love story.
Whew! I couldn't wait to read Braydon's story after I was introduced to him in the previous books. He is mouth watering with his messy dark hair and gorgeous blue eyes, but it's his confidence, and the way that he carries himself that adds to his allure.
Ellie is an intelligent, sweet, beautiful, and independent woman that is craving to find that once in a lifetime kind of love. Braydon and Ellie share an intense chemistry, fun flirting, and sharp banter, but have been acquaintances, up until Ben and Ellie's wedding day.
Braydon proposes a friends with benefits type of arrangement, and even though Ellie wants more, she can't resist him. However, the more time Ellie spends with Braydon, the more she realizes that she is falling for him, and is scared of getting her heart broken. Braydon isn't ready to commit to a relationship, but he also can't stay away from someone as special as Ellie. He will have to commit to Ellie or risk losing her forever.
Braydon and Ellie were phenomenally realistic and complex characters. I could feel Ellie's pain, and understood how she had trouble deciding whether to listen to her head or her heart. Braydon was a great guy. He was very caring and attentive to Ellie's needs. He was a great friend, as well as lover. Therefore, I figured there was more to his lack of commitment, than just wanting to use Ellie for sex.
We get a lot of appearances by Ben and Emmy. They were a great supporting cast, plus it was nice to see that they were doing well, and their passion for one another has not lessened. All or Nothing is my favorite book in the series. I cannot recommend it enough! I give Braydon and Ellie's story, 4.5 intoxicating, intensely passionate, and erotic stars!
