This week went by really quickly.  My daughter only has two weeks left of school, and I'm counting down the days.  My husband had already requested and been approved to be off of work for a few days; for her upcoming sixth grade graduation. I am looking forward to having him home to tag team taking care of our daughter, spending some quality family time together, and getting more reading in.  Happy Mother's Day to all of the moms :)

  1. Hooray for there being an end in sight with school. Nice that your husband has a little time off coming up. Hopefully you can get a little break. The cover of that Shen book is positively yummy. :)

  3. That will be a relief for your family when your daughter finishes school for the year. How sweet of your husband to take a few days off for her milestone graduation.

    Happy Belated Mothers Day, Lindy!

  4. Is your daughter's school having a ceremony? If so, how nice. Does she do any summer programs? either way, I bet you're happy to be getting a break from all your school work.

    1. She was suppose to have a ceremony, but everything has been cancelled due to Covid. She doesn't have any summer programs coming up, but usually every summer I put her in swim lessons and gymnastics. She loves to swim, and we enjoy watching her. Everything is shut down in California, so as of now, we don't have anything planned for her other than ABA therapy.
