Stacking the Shelves.& Sunday Post (48)

Hosted by:  Tynga's Reviews
Hosted by:  Kimba the Caffeinated Book Reviewer

This week was better than last, but it felt really long! The itching went away from my shingles, which was such a relief!  My husband's birthday was on Wednesday.  We went out and had a nice lunch with him, before he had to leave for work.  Thursday kicked off the Fraterfest 2019 Readathon hosted by Caffeinated Reviewer!  I plan on reading The Burning Shadow by Jennifer L. Armentrout, Magic Shifts by Ilona Andrews, and The Sound of the Stars by Alechia Dow for Fraterfest.  I completed the Witch One Challenge hosted by Because Reading and the Fraterfest Book Bingo, hosted by Simply Angela.  I had fun with the games, and am enjoying Kim's Fraterfest Instagram Challenge.

Last Week on the Blog:

*Holidate (Dating #3) by Monica Murphy (WOW)
*Getting Played by Emma Chase (Blog Tour & Book Review)

  3. Glad you are feeling a little better. Seems like you are killing Fraterfest. I like all the different parts of it, though, I am not into spooky/scary books. Enjoy!

  4. Fraterfest read-a-thon sounds fun. I'm into some spooky books, basically anything by Ruth Ware or Claire Mackintosh.

  7. I've been barely keeping up with comments and visits lately so I had no idea you'd had the shingles! That sucks! I'm glad you're on the mend though.

Enjoy The Burning Shadow! People seem to be loving it but I've still to read The Darkest Star...

  10. I am so glad your itching is better I've heard some people are like kill me now because of shingles it's a pity that insurance doesn't usually pay for that vaccine a real shame. I am so bad at thons, and memes and all the blog stuff. Gah it's hard enough keeping up with my own LOL
    Have a great week girlfriend!

    1. The Shingles is horrible. There's no way to distract yourself, because the itching and pain are so constant and intense. Thanks Debbie :)

  11. I hope your shingles improves. My insurance covered the vaccine so I've had them, even the newer more effective one. I'm glad you are enjoying Fraterfest - the scary and horror books are not my thing. Happy reading!
