October has been a busy month for us.  Last week we had a lot of responsibilities to take care of, and this week we had a lot of fun stuff to do.  We went to brunch with my in-laws for my husband's birthday, went costume shopping because my sister-in-law is having a Halloween Party, and went on a field trip to Pieology with my daughter's class to make our own pizza's from scratch.  October feels like it's flown by!

  1. Oooooh so jealous that you got a copy of Katie McGarry's latest book. So excited for that one and will be waiting on the edge of my seat for your review.

October has been a busy month, but I'm happy you had some fun stuff going on this month. Good posts this week and good luck next week!

  2. You did have a fun week. I want to Pieology. Pizza is one of my favorites foods. What a fun place for a field trip. You got some good ARCs too. I liked The Love Playbook. The ending was everything. I went a little differently than I expected, but those last few chapters made me feel good.

  5. Thank God for Halloween characters. Every time I see an adult in costume just walking the streets when its not Halloween I laugh, it's so uncharacteristic, and I love unusual stuff.

    1. Yes, Halloween is such a fun time, and I love that it's an acceptable time for adults to dress up as well as kids :)
